Terms of use
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Introvert's Bible, on the website at https://introverts-bible.vercel.app or in the iPhone and Android apps. Introvert's Bible is operated by MarcTech Pty Ltd in Australia (“we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 16 years old, or older if the age of digital consent where you live is higher.
What Introvert's Bible is, and isn’t
Introvert's Bible gives you practical suggestions for social and professional events, such as ways to start and end conversations, written by artificial intelligence (AI), plus guides and tools for keeping notes.
It is not professional, medical, psychological or legal advice, and it isn’t therapy or a substitute for it. It is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services straight away.
AI suggestions can be wrong
Plans and news talking points are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, out of date, or not right for your situation. Use your own judgement, check anything that matters (especially facts from the news), and only use what fits. You’re responsible for what you say and do. If a plan is offensive, unsafe or wrong, please use “Report a problem with this plan” so we can review it.
Using it fairly
You agree not to:
- use Introvert's Bible for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- use it to deceive, manipulate or pressure people;
- try to overload, disrupt or abuse the service or its API, or get around daily limits, for example by automating requests or resetting install IDs;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, except where the law allows it.
We may limit or block access if these terms are broken.
Limits and pricing
Introvert's Bible is currently free. To keep it that way, there are fair-use daily limits on new plans, which we may change. We may introduce paid features in future. If we do, we’ll tell you clearly beforehand, and you won’t be charged for anything you haven’t agreed to.
Your content and ours
What you type and keep in Introvert's Bible, such as your events, notes and people, belongs to you. It stays on your device, as our privacy policy explains. You can use the plans written for you however you like. The app itself, its design and the guides belong to us and our licensors.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Introvert's Bible useful and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or suited to your needs. Features may change or be removed.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Introvert's Bible, or for how you act on its suggestions. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.
App store terms
If you downloaded Introvert's Bible from Apple’s App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren’t responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support or any claims about it. Your use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app. If you keep using Introvert's Bible after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
